What exactly is a pole barn?
Post-frame construction: pressure-treated posts carry the load, trusses span the width, and steel skins the outside. Fewer materials in the ground, big clear spans inside, and a build that goes up fast.
Can I heat the floor?
Recent shop builds include in-floor radiant heat, laid out and tied before the pour — warm slab, warm shop, January included. Ask about it when you call.
Do you build additions onto existing buildings?
Yes — one of the builds in our photos ties a new addition into an existing green-roof building.
How long does a build take?
Depends on size, site, and season — we won't quote you a number before we've seen your ground. You'll get a straight timeline at the site visit.
What do I need before you start?
The ground and the idea. We'll talk through the pad, access, and utilities when we come look.
